compete at a high standard in athletics do a lot of weights training 4 tht but now got addited and want to become a mean machine haha ! i study sport and exercise science att uni so has made me more aware of waht is involved so this got me started doing it aswell

Hey. Since fall have arrived, I decided to begin a small clean bulk also for at least 3 months. Then I'm going to start cutting seriously in late December or early January. I want to try to get a bigger muscle frame for the summer.
They think that if I go to a gym I won't keep studying because I will spend my time exercising at the gym! Moreover they say that I'm too thin and if I train at a gym I will become thiner than now!
I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete! What about you?
