Grew up watching my Dad eat healthy and work out. Also played lots of sports coming up in school.
Why I Love It:
Call me crazy, but I actually like working out. Not just the results but also the part when I'm at the gym beating my body up. I enjoy it.

Recovering from achilles surgery. Didnt think the old leg would be the same, but it feels better than before.

My guy says the same thing. He hasn't started running regularly or sprinting. Glad to hear your jumping rope without issues. Who was your doc?

Dude, I know exactly how falling off the wagon can seem like a set back. However, you'll be back to normal in time (not that much) if you're really back at it.
What kind of diet and training you doing to get back there?
