Workout Program:
My work out consist of medium weight dumbells. I use dumbells in order to isolate and target every muscle, working them to fatigue. i take anywhere from 20 to 30 seconds rest in between sets. every rep is done is done slow and over exaggerated at 3 sets of 12. My workout:

Day1:
Flat Bench Dumbell Press
Seated Dumbell Curl
Rope Pulldown
Incline Dumbell Press
Concentration Curl
Seated EZ Bar French Press
Decline Dumbell Press
Hammer Curl
Seated One Arm Overhead Extention
Cable X
2-Arm-High-cable Curl
Revese-grip Pressdown

Day2:
One Arm Dumbell Row
Overhead Lateral Raise
Dumbell Shrug
Bentover Barbell Row
Reverse Pec-Deck Flye
Reverse-grip Bentover Row
