How I Started:
I saw na old friend from high school and he was in really great shape. He had go bigger and ripped and i want the same attention.
Why I Love It:
Lots mor energy and I feel alot better about myself. I am no longer just working and going home and sitting down doin nothing.
How I Stay Motivated:
For now I kind of keep a mental pic in my head of what I want. Plus every one looks at you differently and i love that attention. So I would say that women were my biggest motivator.

Goal (Long):
I am pressing to be 215lbs. I want less than 10% body fat. Overall goal is to start a modeling career with my newly renovated body. That's about it size and deep cuts in a nutshell.
Ok whats the deal with this methyl 1D XL. i got it from GNC. A friend told me about it but his doesn't have the XL on it. So what is the XL stand for? Any insightt on this product would be helpful. I looked on line but i couldn't find anything.
My work out consist of medium weight dumbells. I use dumbells in order to isolate and target every muscle, working them to fatigue. i take anywhere from 20 to 30 seconds rest in between sets. every rep is done is done slow and over exaggerated at 3 sets of 12. My workout:
