Yeah it took pretty much a lot I had to lift 315 for 6. Then trying to pull 350 was really hard lol. I'm hoping I can still reach my goal of 405 this year.

I pulled 315 for 3 today and I know I could have pulled it a couple more times if I had focused 100% on them but I got nervous and didn't do it.

Hey Duncan, I'm pretty busy this week. Tomorrow I work 7-3 then I'm going to hit the gym. I work 3-11 the rest of the week. So if you want to box for a bit tomorrow let me know. I'm not working this Sunday if you prefer to box then.

How's it going Duncan? I finally pulled 315 again. After I finished the set I dropped it down to 225 and repped out 12. I'm really happy about that right now. I need a way to take in more calories but I don't want to cheat too much.
