haha u know me bro, got some real bitches right now. not squatted or deadlifted in 3 weeks cus I pulled my hamstring. Also not done any bicep stuff in a month cus I got inflamed tendons in my right wrist. My left is getting stronger now though which is good news. hoe u been?
That would be cool bro I'm doin back too, but I'm liftin at the base. I'll be there at 3:30, but I'm assuming ur goin to hardcore. I'm headin out to work soon so you wont be able to get hold of me, but I'll se u if I se u
Nice 1 bro! if you pulled 350 after doin 315 for 6 u were probably F*cked already, & if you warmed up & went straight for tha big lift u might find u could pull a lot more!
That's what we're here for bro ! Keep up the intensity and look toward the overall goal. Don't worry so much about what weight you are lifting, just think of the results that it will give you. ps. your lower back is getting some growth, keep up with the deads..They are a weapon of MASS CONSTRUCTION !
LOL yeah but being constantyl injured is getting to me a bit. My lat is becoming a problem & my calf pulled the other day too so I cant hit the bag right now. & my sister has gone to england so I have to get up at frigin 5 every moarning and haul heavy ass papers up and down the street 7 days a week. I dont think I am recovering as well with the loss in sleep
I work out every other day
Doing 20 reps of
Abs
Biceps
Triceps
and Pectorals..
totaling 60 each but i do 20 of abs then go on to the next and so on till i finished everything.
Then every other day that im not working out.. i run..
My diet well i just eat regular foods.. not much in to pop and i dont do much fast food..
haha F*ck those guys! It always feels good to prove people wrong. uve made real good progress in the last few months. Last time u were in the gym was the first time I realy noticed your shoulder structure. It is very broad, simelar to Niels. U have a strong base to build on bro, keep hard at it!
