I think my buddy Duncan has one of the best physiques on bodyspace, but he works hard everyday in the gym and has earned what he has. Every time I workout with Duncan he pushes me to another level that I don't think I could reach on my own. I think with his determination and focus he could do whatever he sets his mind to.
I'm really happy with what I've accomplished over this past year. I started at 132lbs and I've gained about 30lbs, made big improvements on my lifts, and my overall fitness better than than its ever been. It wasn't an easy task to do. I've overcome some health problems along the way but they...

haha F*ck those guys! It always feels good to prove people wrong. uve made real good progress in the last few months. Last time u were in the gym was the first time I realy noticed your shoulder structure. It is very broad, simelar to Niels. U have a strong base to build on bro, keep hard at it!
dam bro, i'm impressed. your abs are realy poppin! the lowers are showing through now too. Also your chest is looking thicker and more sculpted. Must feel good to see results from your hard work
Yeah I acnt hit the bag or nothin cus I have no base. Its even difficult to lift, just gotta take it slow and be careful. When I'm fixed I'll let u know and we can meet up to spar again. You should try to hit the bag at least 3 times a week as well as your lifting routine, so You dont get out of practice
argh! I pulled my groin badley AGAIN on tuesday. I wend for a very slow jog once around the oval and now I can hardley move my legs. I had laid off for 3 months and streched every day. Basically those muscles and tendons are screwed. I dont think I will ever run again. It doesnt realy matter as long as I can still throw kicks . I have to rest up for a bit now, cant box or nothin untill it heals up
My training is going, ha. Trying to do 3 workouts a week. Hoping to up it some time, assuming there are more days in the week available. You on a diet routine? Or do you rely on genetics?
