Lose Fat
Goal (Overall):
Get Lean
Goal (Long):
I've worked out off and on for a while but never could find a consistant partner. Since I've started working out alone this has been the most consistant I've ever been. I want to get down to about 10% body fat and be able to bench 365 comfortably within the next year and a half. I want to see how far I can push myself.

Thanks for the friend request and the advice! Yeah you are so right. I usually stick with 4 to warm up then do 6 12-15 reps. I like to do 8 to challenge myself, I know girls who do 1000. That's my goal! So don't feel weird women have more strength in the lower body. you guys can bench far more I am at 135 bench and I been working so hard lol.
