Background

When I Started: Aug 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out my freshmen year becuase i made the varsity baseball team for my high school. I was the smallest one out there so I figured I might as well workout. As I gold older and grew more I stopped workingout until my senior year (2010-2011)I got a scholarship to play baseball so I really pushed myself hard in the gym. Once I moved out of my parents house and into my own apartment I had to pay rent which ment I had to work.. Which ment my scholarship and baseball have been put on hold until next year. So I have kept my motivation and intensity very high for the past year and I am focusing on staying in shape for my college baseball season in 2012 :)

WHY I LOVE IT:

Working out is one of the best feelings, knowing your creating a healthy life for yourself and also looking good. It's one of those things in life you can't just wake up and do. You need the mind set and the intensity to recieve maximum results.
