Four cats? I think that takes you away from weirdo and straight to psychotic! LOL. Lord help me if I find the litter... they might just have to put me in the nut house! My wife named it Nina. I scouted around the Internet to figure out how to determine the sex but it’s a kitten and I have an untrained eye so if it’s a boy Nino will be the name

I feel your pain with the fat gain. No worries, you'll knock it off and have time to spare for summer!

A few months ago you left me a comment with your back workout. I plan on changing my routine next week and your routine is now mine for at least the next 4 weeks. Thank you and I hope you have a merry christmas as well.

Socks, underwear, pantyhose, rocks, balls, chew toys, corn cobs, hair tie, stick. (I googled the top ten things dogs swallow) :-) Hope it's not cheating!

Still trying to get comfortable with the High-Pulls. It's such a fast movement that it looks the same as a Clean in the videos. I'm just focusing on keeping my back at more of a forward angle than I do during a clean. Sadly I'm working everyday except x-mas. Gotta move our datacenter during the downtime. How about you?

I don't think I should be missing any more of your blogs. I'm here now though... live and learn.

Thanks for the fit status update. I feel like my shoulder workouts are lacking something so the clean and press will work well. I've never heard of high-pulls but plan to incorporate those into back day. Nice compound movements... just what I am looking for!

I've been wondering: Can you lift your arms after you 250 pullup workout. BTW, I'm really impressed!

Hello back at ya. I'm determined to be one of those people who goes from marshmellow to hunkalicious in 3-4 months. Just completed week 1 of x. I've never been a big sports fan but I hope you enjoy your Sunday all the same. BTW your accomplishments inspire me so keep on keepin on. :-)

Dunno. Just didn't update it in a few days and couldn't think of anything clever to say... writers block I guess. :-)

It's been going quite well thanks. Something inside me finally clicked and I'm making a massive push to achieve my goals over the next four months... so far so good. How's your world?

So far so good. I'm eating a ridiculous amount of food and posting weekly progress pics and body stats. In fact I'm eating my 550 calorie mid-morning "snack" as I type. Is it wrong to envy the starving people in China?

So are carbs absent during your lunch too or is that your last helping?

Thanks for the info. I've always done HIIT outside never indoors. Of course I'm no stranger to an eliptical machine. I'll use your strategy and see how it pans out. Most likely I won't start for about 3-4 weeks though. Thanks again!
