It's been a good while since my last blog. Don't worry this isn't a story about how I quit working out and now I'm back. I haven't stopped working out for about 3 years now. Truth is I sorta lost interest in this site during the great renovation of 2011. I couldn't easily "talk" with any of ya'll for so many months I just got bummed out. Lavonna gave me the inspiration for this blog. In the early years of my weightlifting I was terribly inconsistent both with workouts and diet.
