Reason: He trains with my bud WB. And the main thing that inspires me is his commitment to achieving what he's after. Me and WB said he has all the tools to pass us both by and look at him now! I'm breathing hard at the gym and he's looking at me like "Dizzle, are you ok?" My response...."Hell no, you been killin me!!!" Keep striving man!

Reason: This is my workout partner. He continutes to get better. I'm confident that by the end of the year he will not only meet his goal to be in great conditioning, he will exceed his expectations. He pushes me in the gym to keep going...when i'm not feeling it. What amazes me, he's able to keep up with the works out...and knowing others would have not been able to hang. Keep watching this dude...if he stays focused, you'll will be amazed at his progress in the near future.

Reason: Not only is he's my Frat but a GREAT Friend!! I have NEVER been pushed like this before in my training. Working out with him has really opened my eyes to alot!! His own dedication to getting his body in better shape is motivation for me to do the same!! My favorite words to him is "I HATE YOU!!...LOL but there is nothing but Love behind those words!!.. Thanks Mike for all your support and push!! I'm sure I will be "Hating" you for a LONG time to come!!...LMAO!!!
