not much man just incline DB press, BB bench press, and DB Flies or Pec Dec... thats about it. i have always had a big chest even without trianing.

yeh man tried to get lipo6 but it is ilegal in australia and they sent it back both times. the only fat burners legal here are the ones with l-cartinine and thats it. all herds and ****. the ones u got have some ilegal subatance in them here... only pro athletes can get them.
