My leanest and possibly my fittest yet.
this is me now. as u can see not much progress, still not happy, been training my ass off and eating correctly. i still look like sh*t. but hey, whats new?
my personal training didnt work. nothing works. i am through with even caring any more i hate the gym i hate trianing and bodybuilding is a load of bullsh*t! its all fake its all stupid its all lies. I hate my body, i hate training i hate the gym i hate that i have wasted the last 3 years on...
Yes very good thanks. I'm not quite as enthused as maybe I was a year ago... gym membership is not being renewed but that's purely a financial thing as I hope to start a serious kick ass program at home / in mornings. Already run 10k's a week so cardio is not an issue.
Hey guy--make a list of all your assets and build on them--try not to get discouraged by the challenges--you will overcome them with developing your strengths--did you find another trainer AATSM certified? Keep focused!
Maybe you need to shop around for another trainer. My trainer is certified by the American Association of Trainers in Sports Medicine--very impressive and effective. Maybe see if there's a directory of AATSM certified trainers in your area. Just a thought. Rick.
Hey guy--try not to loose your focus and your goals. You might want to get a trainer to give you some extra support and guidance. I began making some real gains (I think) when I found a bb'er trainer. You can do whatever you are determined to accomplish--I believe that. You've got great muscle tone and overall symmetry--the basic building blocks are all there!
Man that new progress pic is excellent. Arms are bigger and more defined, chest is a lot fuller and lats are wider. Only thing I can suggest is that you clean your mirror and keep up the good work!
