Almost there!!!!

Well I just got back from Phoenix, we had a blast!   Had a couple people look me over and help me more with posing and contest prep in general.  Feeling SUPER confident about this weekend!  5 more days and ill be battling onstage in the motor city!

So next weekend this time ill be on a plane to phoenix to shoot some photos and videos for iForce Nutrition. Im really excited, it should be awesome!  So that is 1 week out.  2 Weeks out from the first show I will be doing up in Detroit Michigan.  No one really knows im doing that show... I havent told anyone, Im kinda just doing it to keep me focused and get a chance to experiment.  The week following that is the second show down in Ottawa.  Its going to be a busy 3 weeks, lots of traveling, training, dieting, tanning, posing, and tr...

I have had quite a week. Right now I am just past the halfway mark through my contest prep. Dealing with a lot of stress between my work and my relationship, my precontest training was really starting to wear on me. I looked great on the outside, but on the inside I was empty and full of negativity. Just when I thought things couldnt get any worse I get an unexpected call from my father, who was visiting my abuela (grandma). Ive never heard my dad cry before, and he was crying before I even got a chance to say hi. I knew there could be only one reason, my abuela has been sick for some time now...
