I just started a bulking cycle, I would like to see some increase in size and weight. Comments and advice always welcome.
Goal (Long):
I am starting a bulking cycle to add some size and thickness to back and legs specifically. I have changed my diet, supplements, and work outs to help achieve these goals. I am going to try it for one month and make adjustments from there. I will be weighing in weekly with progress pics to come.
So I am almost three months deep into my third tour in the middle east. I have not been able to update my profile or my pics or my blog for that matter. I am still lifting hard when I can and have been making good gaines. Hope to post progress soon!
Starting a chest routine to help build. Keeping track to make it easier on me. Try it if you would like. Gives killer pump to the upper shelf. Weight will vary per individual. More to come...

Hi Dalpal, just a note since you want advice...I was looking at your workout, many of your exercises are done at 10 reps and higher. If you are bulking and trying to add thickness go for 4-6 reps whenever you can. That should kick things up a notch! Kat
