How I Started:
I used to weigh 140 pounds. I was too small and I wanted to get bigger. I played soccer with a trainer at a local gym and he helped me put on mass. I have put on over 60 pounds over the last 2 1/2 years. It has been an amazing ride that I have truly only begun.
Why I Love It:
I like the pump that I get and the results that I have been getting at the gym. It also is nice to see the shock on peoples faces who have not seen me since I started.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends at the gym and fiance.
