How I Started:
Want to be fit and healthy - and maintain it!
Trying to loose some bodyfat and increase muscle size for Summer 2009.
I've come back after about a year off because of family / work commitments.
Why I Love It:
I feel better after working out and knowing that I am taking care of my body with good food & exercise.
Keeps me looking better than the day before...
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that with effort and commitment you can achieve what you want. Plus, the inspiration from seeing others here makes me want to loose the fat and build some lean muscle.
Now that I'm back in full swing, and can see I am making progress gives me more motivation to work out each day.
Nice... I have been getting super pumped while im driving to the gym for some reason and im hitting up alot more weight then usual. Its funny ill be like half way to the gym and ill turn up the music and im just like im gonna tear up this gym. LOL! Motivation really goes along way!
