Yeah, MOST of the time! Haha...I do remember some times near the end where I would only do the eliptical as I could rest my head on the machine...those weren't quite as much fun! Haha! And yeah, your countdown is ON! What's the diet situation like? I doubt you need to be getting all crazy just yet, right?

Pretty good, trying to add 10% to my lifts again. Working out can turn alot of us into a super human health freak. Feels good. Fruit/Veggies/protein/dairy/br ead/olive oil/green tea and repeat.
