"I competed in September at the Heart of Texas! I took 2nd in the Over 50 and 3rd in the LW Novice division. I need a lot of work on my legs and more work on my definition. I want to compete again in 2010. Got the competition bug."

Hope your training is going well! Ever heard of diabetesdaily.com? It's an awesome site for diabetics like us. I'm type 2.

Thanks! I took 2nd in the Over 50 and 3rd in the LW Novice division. Judges said I need to work on legs and definition because my chest overshadows everything else. I want to compete again!

Congratulations on your leg size increase! Mine have grown too but they've more grown in definition. I have to face my own genetics.

Hey man, thanks for the comment! Am I ready? Not now, no. But I'm striving to be ready as the contest date approaches. Still, the training is going great. Fat loss continues while muscle mass remains. I need to add more cardio to my daily routine.

Buenos dias, Amigo! Muchos gracias for the comment on my bodyspace. My training is going very well though, like everyone else, I wish I had more time to do it. I train usually in the mornings before work so sometimes I'm limited in that regard. I also try train on the weekends when time is not so limited. You're looking great. Keep up the hard work!
Adios!
David.
