Thanks for the add. You have a very good structure, any plans to compete or just into the modeling side?

Yep I will be there. This is a friend of mine's first show, he is doing novice middle and open middle. We will have to meet up, it will be nice to finally meet you face to face. I will be the bloated pale guy, LOL.

Yep just started back on the old heavy as hell training. Weigh jumped up 20lbs in 6 weeks. I just have to be smart about pushing it if something doesnt feel right. I was 208 in that pick @ about 4%. Looked good, felt like a truck ran over me!

Maybe you should just stay indoors and put bubble wrap on the walls and floors. Geesh be careful.

Almost the same surgery I had on both ankles within the last year. It sucks while you are going thru it but, you will feel better once your rehab is over.

Ervin I would stay away from pressing behind the neck. There is really no difference between the two when it comes to growth but, the injury factor is much higher with behind the neck.

Thanks and right back at ya. Did they say you need your legs leaner or more muscular. My legs are always the last bodypart to come in, one thing I always tried and it worked were sprints for 20 minutes. Not much fun on a contest diet but it works.

If you are interested in competing have you checked out Beverly Internationals site yet? They are a local company and have worked with a lot of folks in our area and nationwide. Best of luck.
