haha! well not exactly, I crushed my right hand too, possibly fractured it they couldnt tell yet....I only have full use of my left hand, left! lol...I could go in circles I suppose :)
It just got better! Im now confined to a wheelchair bc I broke my big toe on my opposite foot! And my right hand! A window slammed down and crushed it!! Its going to be a rough next 6 weeks!
Hey! I had an injury in HS during vball season where i rolled my ankle really bad prolly was worse than a roll but neve rwent the doc and 9 years later my ankle was severly instable...they reconstructed the ligaments and re arranged my heal bone...
Very impressive physique. I see you are using hammer machines. Are they comparable in results then what you get from free weights?

Thanks for your reply - I am trying to lean the legs AND build them (which in turn i hope will take up some excess skin) always a problem for woman who have had kids and hence the weight gain in that area!lol I am doing interval sprints - they are changing unfortunately - I am impatient :( Well by spring they should be really good. thanks again!
YOu look great and I agree Beverly supplements van't be beat. Still building legs - long process - any encouragement is greatly appreciated. Judges say i need to diet the legs - love to know how!lol
that is great man - hope this is last for a long while!!! Yea i am happy where i am now at bout 10 weeks - posted a end of 11 week pic - only way i can see is pics - mirrors do not always tell the truth -LOL. Really excited about this show!
