Get back into shape after surgery. Set a goal of dropping body fat to around 6% and then slowly gain weight back.
Goal (Long):
Get bodyfat to 6% and then slowly gain muscle by using a 3 week rotating gain/harden diet routine. Find ways to train around my newly repaired ankle.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Donkey calf raises followed by seated calf for moderate weight and reps. Not changing the exercises, only intensity seems to work for me.

Hey thank you - was a fun show - was HUGE 130 people so lil over whelming but was nice to be out of a comfort zone.. Yea going down to watch my buddy Josh compete - he is doing the Mids - and as great as he looks he may have the overall!- you going down?

haha! well not exactly, I crushed my right hand too, possibly fractured it they couldnt tell yet....I only have full use of my left hand, left! lol...I could go in circles I suppose :)

It just got better! Im now confined to a wheelchair bc I broke my big toe on my opposite foot! And my right hand! A window slammed down and crushed it!! Its going to be a rough next 6 weeks!

Hey! I had an injury in HS during vball season where i rolled my ankle really bad prolly was worse than a roll but neve rwent the doc and 9 years later my ankle was severly instable...they reconstructed the ligaments and re arranged my heal bone...

Thanks for your reply - I am trying to lean the legs AND build them (which in turn i hope will take up some excess skin) always a problem for woman who have had kids and hence the weight gain in that area!lol I am doing interval sprints - they are changing unfortunately - I am impatient :( Well by spring they should be really good. thanks again!
