This website is excellent, so nice to be here and get help with motivation!
I have been body building training a year now. I am training five days a week. This usually consists of 3 days lifting 2 days of cardio and circuit.
I gain other motivation from the active channel where I record a lot of programes and do at home too. Motivation also comes from friends and family, people keep commenting and complimenting me which makes me feel like doing it more! My stats are definitely motovating me too - I want to get to competition bodyfat which I believe is 13% bodyfat, so have a long way to go....
At home I have free weights (York) which are up to 20kg, a 7kg medicine ball and core ball, my husband helps me a lot (I call him Micky after Rocky's trainer) and he makes me run even if I don't want to which is good for me. I also own an olympic bar.
