How I Started:
I got started when I first got my plastic weight set with cement inside at the age of 12. I didn't get serious until about the age of 19.
Why I Love It:
Not only does it make me feel good. It gives me focus in life and its something I do for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard to explain, I just love bodybuilding. Its like art to me. My muscle is my clay, my diet is my chisel. A well developed body is beautiful to me.

Hey Dale - Amazing Physique and great posing. You looked awesome at the SJ Championships and deserved 1st place! You are a great inspiration to the Over 40 crowd as well as the younger Bodybuilders.
