How I Started:
I got started when I first got my plastic weight set with cement inside at the age of 12. I didn't get serious until about the age of 19.
Why I Love It:
Not only does it make me feel good. It gives me focus in life and its something I do for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard to explain, I just love bodybuilding. Its like art to me. My muscle is my clay, my diet is my chisel. A well developed body is beautiful to me.

Dale, with all those 1st place standings and trophies, did you leave anything for the rest of the competition? You and Jeff are great reminders that the best years start in one's 40s. Thanks for the inspiration.
Hey Dale - Amazing Physique and great posing. You looked awesome at the SJ Championships and deserved 1st place! You are a great inspiration to the Over 40 crowd as well as the younger Bodybuilders.
