13 weeks! u go girl. I feel for you on the quad size difference. I'm struggling to get the right back to same as the left as well. Yi Yi,, i do love my veggies n low carbing. Energy's good for about 3 or 4 days on it. :> I figure the binges were refeeds previously..but now i think I understand why science wise and can apply clean refeeding to the plan ;-)

Aye' macro's are a pain. I also did add carbs back in evenly with meals and I find that I feel better on the low carb meals I was on when you reviewed my diet. So, I'm looking at low carb and refeeds type dieting now. CKD is what I found for that style. I figure i binged on low carb due to not refeeding the carbs like the principles on Keto.

Hi Ya, well I am cutting back on the squatting as well. Knee started bothering me some. Went back to body weight and light weights for it and some lunging instead.

macro's good. I was hitting 1700-2200 and i'm going to cut it down some more except leg days. I'm also doing cardio more now. I am jogging more now too. KNee getting so much better with every day. This last 4 weeks I've seen a lot of difference in strength with it.

Well, then should I just stick to 40/40/20 as best as I can and vary calories each day to keep my bod' guessing. :> I eat more on leg days and less on rest days calorie wise. Now now..gotta git it goin. Start official tomorrow. :-P

:> so true. i had thoughts of varying carbs the 1st 6 weeks with higher calorie intakes. then cycle back carbs, cals for 2 weeks. I'm up to the challenge ;-)

i'd luv it if u do. I thought the grams i had figured out but after fitday and the %'s came up the grams had to go down on each category. I assume % represents grams accordingly with fitday. Getting calories down was a trick today for the rest day. I added last nites food....way to many calories and way to many fats. hmm. so I pre calc. today.

lol, do u have yahoo? instead of a gagillion posts on here. I fall off too on diet. I just meant fast food every meal. My lifestyle before I jumped on the wagon to changing my habits and my body. (the insulin crashes, u know).

I am Maintaining though. However, I am able to sprint some more now so I'm seeing the shift down in my pants again. I love the lifestyle. I think people are just too tired from fast food meals to give exercise a chance.

u got to the album? so u see my last pic was before my injury. I tore it playing Tennis. I weight lift 4 x per week and cardio 6 x a week. :) back then yes I did cardio 2 x per day about 4 days of the week...took a year to get that far.
