Hey Nikki! Knee comig along nicely. And "squats" is not even a word I use these days {lol}. I am getting good size increase with my program of leg presses and curls. That size difference is decreasing favorably. And YOU? Macros doing right by ya'? *smile*

WHAT challenge?! Don't understand why u r considering any such carb cycling. At this point in "the game" I think slow and steady shall win u the race. Best to get ur body functioning like you desire. Well, I full-heartedly give exercise a chance. But, for dinner tonight, I ate 2-Jr. Whoopers, 1 Chicken Sandwhich and a Large Order of Fries. :-) Even I fall off the wagon sometimes. (see my blog, "2-Bacon Cheeseburgers, 1-Dbl Stack. Nuggets, Potato...)

Well, I can do 90degree squats...no weight or maybe a 20lb. bar. Deadlifts are ok. Stairmaster, tredmill, bike and elliptical at HIGH intensity. I feel like am on a most onerous task. --Dawn Melanie
Me TOO! April I have my 6 months follow up. I just KNOW he is going to give me clearance to lift with it. That give me 4 months to return to the stage. It's going to be an uphill challenge. I'm still at a 3cm differential. Won't fit me for custom brace until 1 cm differential. :-( Dawn Melanie
