From the first time I walked into a gym, at age 15, I was instantly hooked. I've been going ever since. Tried to make my hobby into a career though, not a good choice
Why I Love It:
I love the body, and how it works all systematically. I believe that your body is the only thing in this world that you can truly call your own. Its our canvas, and we paint the picture we want with our image.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about all the others females that look better than me that shouldn't, the guy that I want to impress forever, oxygen mag inspires me, all those fat people walking around looking nasty gross and never wanting to look as miserable as they know they feel, especially when they see me walking by.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed in two figure comptetions in 2007 Would love to do more shows but being here in the south there's not as many shows though there's on coming to Rocky Mount this Summer. If I had a workout partner again, I think I would.

Continue to gain a bit more muscle while maintaining a lean look. I'm working on the eat clean diet that seems to be my weakness.
Goal (Long):
I'd like to keep an overall lean looking body but just adding some size to this tall 5 foot 8 inch frame of mine. With these long limbs its a challenge. It'll keep me busy though. Of course there's the whole six pack thing too. But that comes with time and a clean diet.

I'm on a pretty clean diet right now, no carbs after 6pm, eating lean protein for all three meals that I'm allowed a day. I'm trying to lean down. I normally trainĀ 6 days a week at the gym but being in training for the past 6 months my workout are very limited. What can I eat or take...
