it makes me feel good to see peoples faces when I work out I several male friends at the gym that tell me I motivate them when I am in the gym and that makes me feel good
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at both my husband and my own progress and it is amazing how a body can change so drastically, plus it is nice thinken I look good again

Goal (Long):
I am 29 years old and spent my whole 20's being fat, pregnant, fat, pregnant, and more fat. I have a wonderful husband that deserves a Hot mama on his arms. I want to feel good about myself. I love working out, weight lifting and feeling better about myself. I cant wait tell I look back and laugh at the thought of sweets and baggy clothes.
because he is dedicated to his body and his workout, it is an inspiration to me when someone has worked hard for what they have . Nothing is just handed to you especially a body in great shape.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Assault, because it turns me into someone deep inside that can lift likt no ordinary day, I feel like a rock ready to slam my body with weight lifting

yes he is wonderful we love to work out he is in great shape and hot as heck. we have been married for 8 years and it has been a good ride
and I am planning on riding it tell forever and more

Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work. Wow, that's awesome you got your workouts in even with you've been sick! Things are going good this week. This change in lifestyle is coming, slowly but surely! I had a few weeks where I really struggled with diet, but I have been feeling on top of the world this week!! Keep it up!
