Before (No Definition) 215 lbs. 205 lbs. (Bulking)
This picture was taken at the beginning of last year when I finnally decided to take lifting seriously and got my diet in check. I was 6'1" 215lbs. in this picture.
Been on a bulk this winter and have gone from 185 to 205. I have seen some decnt strenght gains.

I know it's not the same pose as the before picture but this was taken approximately 1 year later. I dedicated myself to eating healthy and lifting hard. Dropped down to 180lbs. from 215 during the summer of 07 but got back up to 185 in this picture.

205 lbs. (Bulking)
