Goal (Long):
I have always been interested in fitness. I use to read Muscle and Fitness way back when Rachel McLish was popular and I just loved her body. I have been divorced for 2 years and now I want to take more control of my life and destination. I also want to run a 10k by the end of the summer and gradually work to a half marathon. I would also like to have nice biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, abs, etc.......
Ed is definitely an inspiration, not only physically but mentally. Look at is pics and then if that doesn't do it for you, read his blogs. Ed was in the worst shape of his life at 48 years old. Made changes and WOW!!!! I know when I look at his site....I am truly capable of anything...Ed, thank you for setting an example.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
No it hasn't, however I teach kindergarten and I make sure my students do exercises twice a day and know which muscles they are working. They love to say gluteus maximus.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I have a workout log. I record sets, reps and weights used so that the next workout I will know where I have been and what I need to do. I make notes with a + sign beside the Reps or Weights letting me know if I need to increase either. It also gives me satisfaction when I get to put a + sign....It means I am growing in strength or/and muscle. Yippee!I have a workout log.
