i will get some up in a few weeks...i've not been progressing much, but i'm back in the saddle and working on some gains!

keep working hard, don't try to change everything at once...make small changes and in a couple years all the bad habits will be history (the body will just be a result of your hard work!)

thanks yo...maintaining isn't so bad...getting over the break is the tough part...but thats what keeps us tough...get the goal and keep movin' ahead!

weight training mostly....started working on my cardio endurance but i really don't want to lose the little mass i have put on... i'm sure this equation is not easily solved
