sports in school got me started but the honest truth is one fitness mag article in the early 90's... i read an interview with L. Haney and i got inspired
Why I Love It:
my goal is similar to a fine wine....i want to get better with age...each year i want to improve something about my life...fitness just makes it more fun to go to the beach ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
i get to work with people that aren't as fit as they want /should be. integrity plays a major role but i honestly think intensity drives results and the whole process is the best therapy to get through the ups and downs in this crazy life
BB Accomplishments:
somedays just getting a workout in is a 'major' accomplishment...not being a fat slob in a world of fast food and 'quick pill slim down stop smoking and grow hair on top but lose hair on back' ...i dunno, thats crazy
