Yes I got your comments thanks. I dont know what my body fat is but I do try and eat clean. I also work out 4 to 5 times a week. Do have a sample diet ? I am 5'11 and weigh 175 if that helps

good, I am down to 179lbs and I am concentarting on my abs along with my usual routine. I have four weeks left and I will start to diet so I get some ab defintion to do this thing.whats up with you?
