I am a week and a half from getting started again and getting serious about getting shredded. I am waiting for my daughters soft ball home leauge to end. then I will have more time for work outs. Between coaching her team and work it screws up my diet and work out schedule.I made some serious...

Hmmm...the supplement question. In general just protein and creatine. As far as brand, that is entirely personal. I like easy to mix whey, and any creatine that isn’t too gritty. Other than that, excluding vitamins, I don’t take any other kind of supplement. Hard work and good diet will take you a long way

David, totally concur on being healthy and living a long and productive life. My father passed when he was 39. I feel fortunate to be so much healthier than he was 'before' may age. Stay the course and live life to the fullest.

I know either Men's Fitness, and/or Men's Health includes a really nice section on receipes, - check it out on the newstands. And actually all the fitness mag's have something on food each time. These are all geared to clean eating, plus There is the eating clean cookbook you can pursue at the store - I'm making these suggestions to you because I know you need something now. Ah, I see, yes. I do a rotation of a couple of favorite meats, seasoned a little differently each time - but really it's steak, chicken, and differents kinds of fish, with different sides. I will have to come up with something for my friends like you who are asking - it is thru sharing like this that we can help with getting out of a rut
