Thanks man, he's over 3 months old now. He's a pain sometimes and my lifting has taken back burner, but things are starting to settle down and I have started again. He is REALLY strong! He was trying to hold his head minutes after he was born and could stand under his own strength when balanced just days after he was born!

I also see you have tried SP250. I have tried N.O. Xplode, SP250 and White Flood. And I would rate them in that order from worst to best. If you are looking for a GREAT pre-workout supp, give White Flood a try.

Also if you want to cut up ASAP, look into HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) it is 1000x more effective than cardio at burning fat. Also, do your HIIT in the morning before breakfast, it will cause your body to use your fat to supply energy to your body for your HIIT instead of using the glycogen from the food, so faster fat burning. GL!

Both you and your wife are making great progress! Keep it up. Cutting is almost never fun, just keep your eyes on the goal. Personally I am glad I am avoiding the pain of cutting up till next year haha. But anyhow, keep it up.
