Overall Goal: To Bodybuild. Period. I love it and want to do it till one day when I am old and gray the doctor at the nursing home tells me they don't have weights here and to put down the wheelchair, it's not a barbell.
Fit Status:
Starting back, had a long break. I am now a Dad. I will upload pictures of the "Future" bodybuilder later.

When I Started:
Oct, 2008
How I Started:
I started lifting hardcore with my best friend back in Okinawa Japan till we went to different duty stations, then we both pretty much slacked off. Then I got out of the Marine Corps, got fat and pissed myself off at how disgusting I had become and decided to make a change... called my buddy up and offered him a challenge. Both of us get back into shape and see who can make the quickest progress in 1-2 years. The funny thing about it is he's still in the Marine Corps and they have him running so much it doesn't leave him enough time or energy to make really good gains, even though he's trying. He's a shit ton thinner now, but I am winning. Thanks Marine Corps! I knew you had my back on this one!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding for MANY reasons.
1. The gains I get.
2. The looks I get from my wife.
3. The burning pain I feel (yes, I actually enjoy it.)
4. The energy I feel.
5. The strength I feel.
6. The health benefits you get from lifting.
7. Knowing your not gonna be some fat geezer when you get old =P.
8. The general respect you get from others who aren't willing to take the time to achieve what you are doing.
9. Knowing I'm not one of those people to lazy to improve my own body.
The list could go on forever... but let's stop there.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time I look in the mirror I see two things that help me stay motivated.
1. I see gains I have made and focus on them, seeing how I enjoy the changes I have made.
2. I see areas of weakness... parts of me that are slacking or behind and need more work.
Bodybuilding is something I enjoy. It's the burning pain when you lift, the swell you get, the blood pumping, the wife giving you 'that' look, a general feeling of strength and physical power that keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
My most major accomplishments in bodybuilding so far have been figuring out what REALLY matters in bodybuilding and in what order they matter.
1: Eating right and eating enough.
2: Getting enough sleep, 8-9 hours.
3: Consistency, sticking with lifting.

"Too big" is simply what the skinny people in society call you because they are too lazy to achieve what you have and their pride is hurt when they realize their laziness in comparison to you and this causes a defensive retaliation in which they attempt to put you in a negative light. But any hardcore bodybuilder will only see this as a compliment!

This is a beginning pic... the idea was to look as ugly and fat as possible. That way when I see it, I get angry at how disgusting I looked and work hard to never look that bad again.
More progress is being made! Getting further away from that disgusting first pictures.

Goal (Long):
I have a new long term goal in mind...
Truly earn the title "Muscle Freak"
Ask yourself this question, how big is too big? Does too big really exist if you aren't cheating, e.g. juicing it or using HGH.
My goal is to test out "too big" the natural way. I want to become the freak, without cheating. I think if someone is building the right way, you can't get too big.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Protein baby! Gotta keep those muscles fed!

Where do you mainly workout?
Home
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I have my own bench with Olympic bar and weights... but the true love of my weights are my Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbells... If you are looking for good Dumbells, it doesn't get any better than them!
Hey man how's it going? Thanks for the last comment, it's been a while since I've been on but I've been working hard! How's that ON Casein protein treating you? I love their Whey protein and I've been thinking about getting the casein for pre-bedtime.
Haha, I guess some of it "disappeared" simply through the better posture I've gained from working out...and the rest from a lot of painfully bland meals consisting of tuna and salad and no more M&M's.
give it about a week and you will be blown away at how strong you are. i am loving my cycle so far. strength is going way up, which is good :) and yes, i am trying to be as safe as possible. so far so good.
i actually quit taking all my pre-workout supps. my PH cycle is giving me all the pump i need. ahaha. check out my log.
