Overall Goal: implement the new routine, eat everything I can to bulk up. Get to the university to do a bodpod. finish getting measurements and get pics of back and shoulders. Bring on the FOOD and the MILK!!!
Fit Status:
Feels great to be back on a routine. Broken bones suck! and after 13 weeks of "recovery" Im back in the gym rehabbing! Feels AWESOME!

Goal (Long):
I will gain 20 lbs. (162) in lean muscle and fat before July 2009. Ive never weighed more than 154. I will be stronger and more fit than I have ever been. I will lean out and burn the fat after the scale tips. Ive always felt too skinny. I want to see myself as I think of myself. A grown man, strong and capable. I will be solid and strong.

So, you're heading into a bulk, it sounds like? I can appreciate that from a fellow ectomorph. Good luck. Be sure the eating is clean so that you are adding muscle, not fat.
Thanks for the add Ben. I did Body for Life a couple of years ago and got my bodyfat well below 10%, but I felt that I did not put on enough muscle. Now I'm trying P90X and the bodyfat is not as low, but I feel a lot stronger. Best of luck with your training goals.
