Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Ronnie Coleman has the ideal figure for a bodybuilder, big bulky, and chissled. 6-10, depending on the body part and what I'm trying to accomplish that day.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Lately with out my lifting partner my rests have been shorter. I try between 1-2 minutes.
Why I like this video: Watching Ronnie Coleman makes you want to go in the gym and lift every weight in there. He squats over 800lbs and leg presses 2300lbs in this video.

I have been using creatine for about 1 1/2 years straight now. I read however taking it maybe 4 weeks on 2 weeks off may help me cross a size plateau. I'm going to take my chances and stop taking creatine for 2 weeks. Lets see what happens....

Thanks man! Yeah, I've got the German blood in me, so gotta love Dennis and Markus. Sucks about Ruhl's chest tear. Really hurt his last year after he was making a good comeback. Can't wait to see how Dennis does at Olympia this year after the BS of last year...
