Always had big legs, wanted to get my upper body in proportion.
Why I Love It:
Gettin bigger and stronger because of my own will, nobody else's.
How I Stay Motivated:
With all the insanely built people on here and in the gym, it's always hard to stay motivated.
I try to remember that every day counts and having a muscular body as I get older will only be more and more impressive.
That is the question of the moment. Maybe I'm one of the rare breeds that can gain mass with 10% bodyfat. I met up with my cousin in L.A. who is 5'7 and ripped at 168 pounds, and I think he looks bigger than me in a tank. Well, he does have some freaky traps.
Just wondering whatever happened to you - I know that leaving a message at a site that you haven't visited in a couple years is probably futile, but what the heck...I hope all is well!
Thanx for the add buddy. Yeah I am also doing more cardio lately (it keeps you healhy and is good for the immune system). I used to do very little cardio in the past. You got some solid mscles mass on your upper body. Becoming more shredded is gonna make you look killer! Have a GREAT day buddy and train HARD...In Christ, Gert
