How I Started:
Originally I began training when I was testing for the fire dept. I got away from it for many years then my very best friend, and love of my life, Jack got me back into it.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel physically and mentally.It is a huge commitment to ones own self.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking that I deserve it, my lover deserves it, my son deserves it, and the Hydroxycut Max Challenge.

This was really hard putting it out for the world to see. Now, I am 6 days into clean eating and an hour cardio . . . I cried when I looked at these but knew I started to do something about it.
