The Body for Life program is a 12 week body transformation program. Check it out on the Internet under "Body for Life" and see if they have anything to offer you.
Congratulations on making the decision to get fit. Always believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do. Stay strong and all the best.
