How I Started:
Did a lot of sports and martial arts when I was younger, but couldn't fight back when people were tyrannizing me (because I was having straight A's at school...)

Later, I needed something to do but I had too many injuries because of my crazy lifestyle. I said to myself "fu*k that, I have pain working out or not... so better start right now".

I fell in love with strength and never really paid attention if I was being ripped or not. My goals changed and I decided to get more involved in powerlifting.

Last fall (2008), I decided to leave the gym, the job, everything... and I started to train Muay Thai. I'm still in a transition phase right now, but I do love MT and I don't think I'm gonna go back to the way things were before.
Why I Love It:
Because I can be alone and selfish without feeling bad ! And it means the world to me when I realize I can reach new goals and work my way up exactly like I want it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I listen to rock and hardcore music when I train and I simply give my 100% or I get the f... out. Go in, train & GTFU is usually how things turn out to be :) I also like to watch inspirational movies and Muay Thai match... itgets me pumped !!!
BB Accomplishments:
Deciding to be serious and hardcore, to control my life and not missing any workout, any meal, anything.

Da*n, I love this life !

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I wouldn't call it a outfit... I usually wear basketball shorts with compression shorts under, with a t-shirt and wrestling shoes on squat day !

Curling in the squat rack, using 10 machines at the same time, those who stink, not cleaning cardio machine or using a towel...

For the past year, I've wanted it on my upper back, beneath my left shoulderblade. However, it MIGHT change since I have a large surplus of capital from my job before I got laid off. I also might touch up and re-darken the ink on my left shoulder/triceps.

Has your coach talked to you about how soon he thinks you might be ready for a ammy match? I know down here the Kru tries to get people fighting asap, I haven't gotten to see a video of your striking but with the dedication you have shown in general and your general quick wittedness I bet you are striking a storm by this point.
