Back to six meals a day
Before christmas i was following the if Protocoll to lean out. It worked good and i lost 1% Bodyfat. Now i want to gain some solid muscle mass so i try to hit 3000 Kcal with 6 meals a day. My Macros are split into 40% Carbs, 40% Protein and 20% Fat. works good for the moment. Lets check in a month if there is any need to change something.

Keep it simple
After waking up i take one pill Roxy lean from BPI followed of one scoop whey protein. Because i train in the morning i also take 1 dosage of pre workout (Bodylab24 Concentrated Pre).
I take one scoop Optimum Hydrobuilder after wheight training. after Cardio i only take whey Protein. On Cardio Days i also skip the pre workout supplement.
Intra Workout i usually take a BCAA supplement in my water. At the moment i take Modern BCAA from USP-Labs. I also recommend AminoX from BSN and Optimum Amino Energy.
With Breakfast i take one Pill A-HD from BPI for testoterone support (I think that works for me), 2g Omega3, 2g CLA and a dosage of Multivitamin (Natrol Mega Daily One)
With Lunch and Diner also 2g of Omega3 and 2g of CLA
Before Bed it depends on my feelings sometimes half dosage of BCAAs or a scoop of Whey Protein.
