Hey there, it does say over 18 years old, but personally that is a guideline I ignore. On pro-hormones and test-boosters, I highly believe with age requirements. However, over 50% of lifters under 18 have tried an NO-booster and/or Creatine. Both of these products say "over 18 years of age" but in my opinion thats not really nessesary. As long as you are healthy and a doctor can tell you that you have no heart problems, cellmass should be fine.
My training partner is 6'3" and has put on 20 lbs. of muscle in 3 years training hard and eating right. Try these articles:

I keep my cousin on a bulking rep range of 6-10 with heavy compound movements. He also eats clean but takes in a surplus of 500 calories over his daily expendature so the excess (energy) is stored as muscle not fat.
we are in the process of uploading the videos in a different location on our servers. The current process with windows media only supports about 8 minutes of video info and shuts down. Thanks for bearing with us. :) Good luck with your training.
