i started in 95 busting out with push-ups and sit-ups . moved up to the iron in in 97 for football.
Why I Love It:
i like the competitive nature of it even if its competing with my own personal best

well use to be having a partner but now i have a mirror to help me..

these are my weight lifting accomp. 1997 frost proof invitation 5th place. 1998- frostproof invitation 1st place 119.lbs division. orange belt conference champ. 7th place in florida high school weightlifting finals. undefeated that year until state finals. undefeated in 1999 (injured for county and state meets)
while first i need to drop some weight bout 15-20 wich should help bring out the definition in my body. which i should be able to do in 12 weeks if i can stay highly motivated which i don't think will be a problem at the moment
