My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program: Push and Pull the weights, play a sport for fun, BIKE.

Hoping to make 2012, one where I can maintain the results I've achieved, share the committment with others in my life and make the exercise fun.

 

  • Running one day a week at least a 5k.
  • Spin class to cross up the cardio at least once a week.
  • Kundalini Yoga at least once a week. Breathe, believe, and let the body heal itself.
  • Play soccer at least one day each week, fun cardio.
  • Get others to play the game so it's a learned life skill.
  • Ref at least once a week to teach more to enjoy the beautiful game.
  • Bike at least once a month outside! We have great trails.
  • Hit the weights at least 5 days a week.
    • Right now following the Jamie Eason Live Fit program, but working it slower to build the base muscles.
      • Chest andTriceps
      • Back and Biceps
      • LEGS!
      • Shoulders and Abs

Eat REAL FOOD! Add in extra protein, Don't eat Fake food.

I've spent over two years following Weight Watchers. I've given up on their ideal weight for me as I like having muscle. I like to keep the meals small, the food real (grown in the ground, grazing some type of grown product or pulled from the H2O) and the thinking minimal. I realize if I ever want to compete, I'd need to change the committment to watching the food, but for now, real food is good food.

JosieA I'm getting better !!!! Some of the problems were cause by side effects from the medication that I was on. I'm still not at 100% it will take a few more months I think, but very happy with my progress. Hopefully I 'll be back to work in a couple more weeks. how have you been? Ready for the holidays? casiebea I thought I left a comment but I dont see it! anyway the mind is definitely the thing to work on and mine still needs work! Im trying though. I worked a hard 8 hour waitress shift today on my bum knee (ouch!) and didnt want to do cardio when I got home but I powered through, now I just have to figure out how to not want bad foods :) Dec 1, 2012 3:24pm
