It's actually really personal... My mom is my biggest motivator, and when she started having serious side effects from her obesity, I made the decision that I would never put myself in that position. Not only did I use the infomration and experience to better myself, but I used it to help my mom.
Why I Love It:
GREAT stress relief, as long as I have the time. There is no way to explain the physical high that can come from a great hard workout!
How I Stay Motivated:
I find that to be the hardest. I motivate so many other people that when it comes down to me, I have no motivation for myself left. To be honest, I'm so drained that I have kinda let myself go. AHHH help!
Basically, I have competed before and want to get back into that shape by my birthday of this year... so root me on!
Goal (Long):
I would like to lose about 15lbs, and 5% body fat by mid-December. I ultimately want to attain a physique that would allow me to diet down and increase overall activity for about 8 weeks should I decide to do another show. For an absolute, I would like to be more than 100% in shape by Muscle Mania 2009 in June (Miami).
So I have made a pick! I will be training for 2 competitions that pretty much are back to back... DC in May and Miami in June... that being said I have to be in my sister's wedding between the events and the topper is that it's also 3 days before the june competition! So here's the...
