I got in athletics in jr. high and have loved it every since.

Working out is my way of dealing with stress and getting away. I also just love the energy, and the compliments. Having an older brother to compete with also helps too.

when i first started really working out hard in jr. high, i was working out twice a day for a total of around 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. By the end of my 8th grade year I weighed 135 and had a 1RM on bench of 210. The end of two a days my freshman year i weighed around 155-160 and was already pushing out 245 on bench and was really getting jacked up. However, after some serious ankle, doctor, and coach problems, i began slowing down and losing interest. But now im back, and more ready than ever.

I want to GAIN 15 lb

its great! i got a personal trainer who kicks my ass which is awesome haha...and im running a lot more/eating better so its all going well. i lost an inch from my waist in the past 2 weeks. lulz im hyper cause i just got back from a workout. but yeah, things are good. how about yourself?
