Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
i dont do it everyday just on certain days to check on my progress.

I know boxing is my favorite thing to do. That's cool you do wrestling there. It's ok I havn't done much yet.
