Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
i dont do it everyday just on certain days to check on my progress.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
just think about the overall goal. put on my music and zine out....
Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
it is a win-win situation, we feed off of each other.
