How I Started:
I started when I was about 14 with some home dumbbells my Dad bought me. I later started going with a roommate when I was around 20 and have been going on and off ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I've completed a good workout and the overall energy and sense of well-being I have when I workout regularly.
How I Stay Motivated:
I check in on BB.com to see what other people have been able to achieve through hard work and determination. Every time I don't feel like working out I just look at someone's body transformation and it reminds me of what I can achieve if I put my mind to it.

Goal (Long):
I want to be one of those people who has such an amazing body transformation that other people will step back and say "Wow".
When I finally reach my goal of being lean my long term goal will shift to maintaining it so that when I finally have kids I will be physically fit enough to keep up with them.
When I turn forty in two and a half years I want to be proud of what I look like.
Somehow I find myself almost right back where I started. I got down to 180 last October and then after a vacation my weight slowly started to creep back up. Then I hurt my wrist and wasn't able to lift for two months. Couple that with a few more trips and here I am.

I DEFINITELY see the change in your pics. Wow! I can see it in your face and in your profile pics. You really are making progress. I read that you had a shoulder injury, too. I won't let my injury throw me off. I'll go easy for a few days and not let it derail me. Thanks!
B.Bunni here reporting 4 duty...I was a VERY BAD GIRL last wk & due 2 my shame I didn't post any new progress pix however, 2day I felt reassured that I was getting back on my game so...if you get a chance, stop by sometime this 4 sum overdue feed bk! Thank you 4 your words of encouragement...I know what you mean! My trainer(Hubby) was out of town all wk so I was on my own w/my dieting & training. I just hope dat my pix will reflect + not - We are going to a wedding 2mro so I've changed my cheat day from Sun. 2 Sat.
